FRYD is a Norwegian word and means "thrill" or "joy" or  "malice"
You feel FRYD when: - you're riding a rollercoaster - you are touched by a certain song - you are sitting on an elephant for the very first time But you may also feel FRYD when you are real nasty.....! FRYD's music is inspired by the Nordic mythology as well as Norwegian folk music, sagas and fairytales. Elements here have a lot of similarities to the Eastern folklore and culture. You may hear this in FRYD's music. The band comprises of Mocci Ryen - vocals Hildegunn Øiseth - trumpet, flugelhorn & effects and Ingrid Kindem - keyboards and programming
